Skin Test + Consultation Required

A skin test and consultation are required 24-48 hours prior to all colouring services. To ensure availability, we recommend booking this at your earliest convenience through our online booking system. This allows us to clarify the services booked are the correct ones and we can discuss your plans.

While we prefer this to be done with your chosen stylist, please select any stylist if that isn’t possible.

For Hair Up Services

We recommend washing and drying your hair the evening before your appointment for optimal results. Feel free to get in touch with us prior to your appointment to share any images of the look you would like to recreate, and our stylists can advise accordingly in preparation for your appointment.

Cancellation and Change Policy

• More than 48 hours’ notice is required for all changes and cancellations.

• Cancellations or changes made within 48-24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

• Cancellations, changes, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.

• Repeated rescheduling of appointments within 72 hours of the original appointment impacts our ability to accommodate other clients. This will incur a 50% charge and require 100% prepayment for all future appointments.
