Skin Test & Consultation Required
A skin test and consultation are required 24–48 hours prior to all colouring services. To ensure availability, we recommend booking this at your earliest convenience through our online booking system.
This appointment allows us to:
Confirm the services you’ve booked are the right ones for your hair goals.
Confirm the price of your chosen services and suggest the best options for you.
Discuss your colour plans in detail.
Carry out your skin test safely.
Where possible, we recommend booking with your chosen stylist, but if their availability doesn’t align, please select any stylist so we can complete this essential step for you.
For Hair-Up Services
For the best results, we recommend washing and drying your hair the evening before your appointment.
Feel free to get in touch with us ahead of your visit to share any images of the style you’d like to recreate. This helps our stylists prepare and advise on the best approach for your appointment.
⚠️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling with 48–24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or non-attendance with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% missed appointment fee.
Two or more reschedules within 72 hours of an appointment may result in a requirement of 100% prepayment for future bookings.
Where a 50% deposit has already been paid, the outstanding 50% balance will need to be settled to keep your account in good standing and avoid cancellation of all future appointments at Summers and Co.
